This site is for All the residents of Lago De Plata who have felt like their voice is going unheard. Individually our voices are small and easily ignored. But together we will be heard and will need to be answered. For too long the Onsite Manager has been allowed to get away with disrespectful behavior. This site is for all of us that have been badgered, verbally abused, threatened, insulted, and lied to. In the time I have been here I have witnessed good people be harassed to the point they were finally driven away. Why are rules different for some but rigidly enforced for others. I have watched the condition of the park decline, amenities become less accessible and park security decline, all despite a 17% rent increase over the past 2 years. It has become impossible to have a question answered as there is never anyone in the office, nor does there appear to be any onsite maintenance other than outside contractors. Who do you suppose is paying for that? I remember growing up we had neighbors; they were good people and we looked out for each other. We helped each other when needed and we were there for each other when times were tough, as it should be.

So how does this work. This is your site, the residents will determine the content. Let me say I am a resident of the park; I would like to stay anonymous in order to keep the target off my back and I will always protect your anonymity as well. I am working on this being more interactive, but this is my first website, and I am learning as I go. I have an email address set up for anything you would like to add, any comments you send to the email address will be 100% anonymous and posted here, good or bad. I realize there is a trust issue here, but I didn't go to the trouble of starting this anonymously without wanting to be certain no one incurs the wrath of the onsite labor. Your posting will not be edited with the exception of bad or disturbing language or threats which I really don't expect but thought I'd mention. For fun, give yourself a nickname to identify your postings. It can be whatever you want, call yourself Wonder Woman or Grey but Great, maybe Superman, use your imagination. The email address is:

I would like to encourage all residents that have been given the run around by current onsite STAFF, to send requests or problems to Mercer Island office. If you are still using checks for rent you can mail them to Mercer Island as well, some residents have been doing this a long time. I do not call the onsite staff ... "managers" as in my time here they have never done anything managerial. Property Management should be proactive not reactive. The fence mishap this time was fixed in 10 days as opposed to some which took months. The panels used were not an exact match but no more gaping holes. This was the result of emails from another resident with Photos to Mercer Island. Emails can be sent to
